In response to the growing need for sustainable resource management, CRRISP offers a innovative approach by providing a comprehensive assessment of the challenges related to critical raw materials present in the life cycle of a product.
LCA is a method used to assess environmental impacts of a product throughout its life cycle. The assessment covers all stages of its life:
acquisition of raw materials, component manufacturing, packaging, transportation, distribution, use, and end-of-life.
CRRISP focuses on the first step: the acquisition of raw materials.
Identifying the main production and supply issues allows for target areas for improvement in a sustainability approach.
Simply import the product's life cycle inventory. CRRISP identifies the critical raw materials and generates the results.
4 types of inventories (LCI) are usable:
➢ ICV Simapro
➢ LCI with the Ecoinvent Excel
➢ ICV OpenLCA
➢ From another type (ILCD, LCA for experts ...)

The results are presented as visuals accompanied by explanatory texts. They are available for download in .png format, as a summary Excel table and a .pdf file.
